I've been playing for roughly a week now. Got the basics of where to lvl and skillset for my character (FA). One thing I noticed as I get higher is money. Granted quests helps quite a bit for someone new but I was wondering at what lvl or where would be a good place to farm when you're strapped on cash? I'm currently lvl 86 and I keep getting a few pieces of gears from Titan/S.Titan but it doesnt seem to sell fast enough and on top of it, the keys for the dungeons isnt exactly cheap.
Suggestions?

Lake in Dusk and hope to get upgrade core medium there but the next best thing would be tower of the undead b1f (collect all drops and sell to npc shops later should be around 1m worth of items excluding upgrade core highs)

ruina station takes longer because of the last boss and it drops arent that great
