Potentially big problem. Need help.

I just reset my password because I couldn't find a way to manually change it. I change my passwords periodically for additonal security.

So, I reset my password. EST emailed me my new password and whatnot. Now when I log into cabal.com with the new password, I can not access my account. And I can not access the helpdesk. It asks me to verify my account or transfer my ogp account before doing anything.....

I already did both of these. Ive been playing cabal on the EST server since it started. So I've already transferred.

I can not log into the game with my new pass. It also tells me to transfer over.

HOWEVER... I can log into the game with my old password..... ..What???

I don't even know what to think. Will I soon be screwed out of logging in with my old password and consequently screwed out of accessing my account .....?

Yeah. I need like. .. It's like I have two accounts. Both the same ID. Two different passes. And the OLD one lets me into the game. But the NEW one is stuck in a loop.

What happens when/if the old one dissapears and all that's left is the new .............

I'm sure their going to come in sooner or later. So give them a little time and send them a pm regarding the issue. I'm sure someone will be able to help.
s that this happened dude. I'm glad mine got transferred, but now that i know what happened to you, i don't think i will chance it and change my pw. XD

Jamie thank you for your help, I finally got the help desk to work. But now when I log in with my old password on the website, it asks me to transfer my account...

So now my ID can be logged in with two different passes and neither of them recognize my ALREADY TRANSFERRED ogp account .... I can still access the game with my old password, but not with my new. No telling how long that will last. Sigh..
