    KnightsOfBlue guild owns this war tier on proc side. You dont belive me, make a nub get to 94 and go war as a cap, enjoy dieing. I think the guild requirement to be one of them is honor 13, cuz they are all 13 or higher.

    i dont think theyr all 13 or higher. those that are, are just the frequent wexp farmers that u see such as Zhaozilong(no life farmer), OverkillXP(no life farmer), and SkillShielder(another no life dude)

    How does farming in one war make you a no life farmer? Maybe these people do have the option to farm the other wars but they just don't want to nor have the time?
