If it's a magic pet, min damage does nothing for magic classes. Min damage is exclusive to sword classes, thus why fighter bracelets have it while sage bracelets have add damage. If you'd want magic amp and m.attack there's no use to min damage. Even if min damage > add damage for a sword class....the other slots show it as more of a magic pet.
