any gms can give update on when game gonna be up

u know when the main page says 2am pdt that game will be back up and its not they really should let us know the new time its gonna be up or atlast come say not for another hr and blah blah blah on why it aint up yet

If you were in playing when GM Jamie announced the server was going down. He/She said 10 hour down time, not 8 like the site says.

it is called haveing good customer service to do these things and obviously u are waiting also being on the forums right now wouldnt be nice to know instead of sitting and wondering i mean is est gonna have the same poor type of customer service that blizzard had
