3x rol+1 setup actually isn't bad if you went to weod but didn't do 5 billion runs for 3x 7/40 pieces. It's a 122% CD, 40% CR setup for little cost and no extended farming. You just need 1x (2) socket pc db orb filled with cd, and 1x (2) socket pc db helm filled with cd. Your only expense is needing to buy a 5/20 orb and a few RoL+1s.
You can say those stats are trash and in the grand scheme of things they are, but for fresh out of weod and to level up / do a little bit of warring on the way it's pretty damn solid.
