A radical suggestion. But worth looking EST for loyalty sake.

Now for the suggestion. Reward ACTIVE (is the operative word) accounts:

1. Since Open beta pioneers - choice of Leth Tyrant or Rol3/CR3 (acct bound)
2. Since OGP (4 years of playing) - Kilian or Rol3/CR3 (again ab)
3. Since EST (2 years) - Rol3/Cr3
4. 1 year - rol2/cr2
5. All others including new account - bb+ lol

Just my take. You really have to motivate people to either start (or keep) playing this game.
