Actually less Viets in NA would be a good thing, for starters prices on crap would come down a bit. We would have like 50% less low tier war farmers thus more people in t3+ as low tiers would be boring with less players. The hacking population would decrease drastically, not to mention we would be able to understand what people say again....

I don't really know why people are even speculating on this. "Server relocation" just sounds like they're physically switching datacenters, possibly in a different area. There really isn't anything to hint at a merge.
