EST it's been over a week since the account transfer glitch, and many of us are still waiting for our refunds, hurry up already >.>

Hello, This is CABAL Support Team.

First, we do apology for the inconvenience this issue may cause you.
There was a system error about Character / Sever transfer system before, however, it is fixed now.
Now, we are investigating the details of over charged eCoin due to the transfer item error and we will refund you your eCoin as soon as finishing investigation.
We also confirmed that you can do character and sever transfer as usual by “transfer item” at our Official website’s Item Shop and in-game Item Shop
We are very sorry for the inconvenience again.

That is there to refresh your memory EST. Takes you over a week to investigate this? Or do you guys really think that Merging the Cabal Global is more important than the satisfaction of your customers? And yes, I'm mad.
