Need some GM help

I have an account and played for a long time got a new comp and somehow lost the info to get into the account.....how can I get the info I can prove its me and probably guess the pw and sn but I just don't want to loose the account I spent real money to get a pimped out FB suit and a pet and all that with a game card...help me out plzzz. I created a new account just so I could request some help....tyvm

u will wait a few months they will just delete it what they did to mine i got lost my password account and email.
