ok my account was hacked a while ago. the hacker took all my alz and also all my gear. for some reason i got a reply on my help desk ticket 9382 and was told that it was indeed hacked and it would be looked into further. im trying to find out what i can to get my gear and such restored so i can continue playing the game.
will a gm plz look over help desk ticket #9382 id be very greatful.
thanks cabal team, if you happen to do anything about it. and if not then another player is lost. thanks.
ps. Character named ButtKrack was the hacker and i know it for sure.

after 5 months i shoulda had my account recoverd dont ya think?
that was OGP that should have recovered it.
send in another HD ticket with your last HD ticket info and more details.

If u got hacked, EST won't do anything about ur account. Because u might have did something that got ur account hacked or goes in a website that might have compromise ur account. Even if the GMs will still investigate, i doubt they will recover ur account back.
