View Full Version : OMG =*( Gm Please help
I just went out looking for those go cash cards and finally found them after checking 3 places. I go to scratch off the 3 cards and i accidentally scratch off the 1st number on one of the cards. So i do some logical analysis and see that the number could only be one of few. I go to put them in with 4 diff tries. Boom Banned...... I emailed Go cash guys and no reply back. Now im banned for who knows how long and I'm not stuck to wait on a ticket and an email from cabal and gocash. Help! lol bad luck today i guess

I will be calling EST about my paypal issue on my lunch today. Wewt!
Nope, nothing on the card cant even find a number on the website. Only option i can find is email and i've already done that. Isnt there a number for cabal?

XD found the phone number for cabal, but should I even bother calling about account being blocked for gocash issue?

...................the phone number off of paypal isnt working. I call it and i get phone number disconnected message. :[

Ross I can assure you it will not get unblocked within the hour lol.
They (being EST) have zero sense of urgency...although they did jump all over the voucher and char transfer issue. They are resolving that like it is a cure for cancer.
A dispute with paypal will get me my $40 back but will defeat the purpose because EST wont have their money and will leave my acct blocked. Im not going to waste my personal time on a lawsuit with a company in S.Korea running a game. I would just quit.
In the mean time I will waste my time calling the california board of consumer affairs and see if they have any contact info for this "EST Soft" Los Angeles address.

I mean...if the GM's actually came in game and resolved open issues of active players instead of poking around and answering nab questions and disappearing it would go a long way.
True that, I've never had any issues with paypal though, this is my first issue and its because of gocash. But there should always be a GM on the forums at any given time.

Well that is unless you have a char transfer issue or voucher issue...then they will hop to it.
