Like a debit/Gift card? Yes but only after activating and then adding your name, address, and valid phone number onto the card via the registration in customer service(to match the information you enter when you purchase the GoCash gamecard via paypal, or when adding the card to your paypal account.)
Although when buying a gocash gamecard through yolto the main retailer of gocash cards, there is a handling fee on the paypal purchases so prepare to put an extra 10 dollars OVER your items price to ensure you have enough to purchase...since most debit/gift cards only can be used if they have the sufficient amount, and have no cash line like a credit card.
You can expect 2-5 dollars on each purchase if its your first time adding a card to paypal and puchasing a gocash card (only inscentive for this rather then buying directly via paypal is the 20% bonus event going on right now)
