Can't Download Client?

Alrighty. So, I'm new on here, and trying to figure out why (even though I'm logged in) I can't seem to download the client. On top of it, I can't access the help page or the majority of the site's information because it keeps giving me this same pop-up:

Can anyone help me? I've already activated my account.
