Cabal NA IP restriction

Well, Hi ppl
just a question about CABAL NA's ip restriction.
firstly im aware that ur previous company, OGP had ip restrictions, but since EST's takeover, i was told my "our" GMs from cabal global that the "new" cabal NA does not have ip restrictions anymore.

so since global is closing down, i made a char. in mercury few days ago, and had logged on, looked around the AH..and so on...since yesterday, i was not able to log on...

I know that GMs probably wont answer me about this question here in this thread.
Just wondering if im the only global player here unable to log online.(temporarily)

no, quoting the global website
"For your information, we have already have opened CABAL NA service for Global Service area as well, so if you want to create new accounts and play CABAL, please do so in CABAL NA server."

they should be ok to create new ones now, the 27th is for current data to be transferred, closes the 21st, they should beable to create now.
