I start cabal, loads, and loads and doesnt let me sign in. Help!

For some reason when I click start it says cabal with the little loading deal in the corner and it sits there forever, sometimes it lets me log in but i cant get into the game, and sometimes it says something about some files that i need to send to gameguard?

id really like some help to fix this thanks a bunch anyone who replies with a decent answer :)

the game guard file thing is because you tried to log back into cabal after closing it and didnt allow gameguard to close properly. so the next time you logged in gameguard wasnt ready.

dealing with your main problem.... its mostly sounding like a net problem.

but as usual run a spyware check and a virus check.

i turn my computer on let it load, then i turn cabal on, it wont let me on period...

there is nothing wrong, im re-downloading it to see it that helps. it worked 2 days before and now it doesnt its weird.
