People who tells me that cabal global affects my cabal NA, your right dude you ROCK!!!!

I have deleted my cabal global earlier then I re-install the Cabal NA then I click start and it works!!! but it's M/A at the moment so I can play yet, all I can say is THANK YOU TO ALL PEOPLE WHO SHARE SOME IDEAS FOR THINKING WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEMS OF MY CABAL NA......

It is now working finally I can play again...
