server down?

I just need to ask, is the server down? I just finished downloading, etc. and everything works great until I try to log in my account. It says :


"Failed to connect the server
You have failed to connect the server
please try later."

Is something wrong or is the server down? I live in the Philippines and it's October 23 here, and the time is 10:50 A.M(the time I submitted the thread). Please help.
