cd rune is only 5%... rate is 3%...
yeah lawls ..... and i bet it drops like amp rune.... aka only when the planets align just right within our solar system.

170 FBs with merg ring and kred can have 58 rate if they had the max rate for it.

Without merg, that's 43 rate unless they have a 40/7 item, in which case it's 50 rate. That adds up to 100 crit dmg and 50 rate.
Without a 40/7 item, having just 43 rate is way too low for my tastes. I've tried it before and I rely on crits way too much to do that.
With merg, and actually 8% max rate, and just a 40 dmg item, that is 58 rate, 86 crit dmg, 1 attack, 10 hp. I kinda like the 58 rate better...
