1- They are latins and Vietnams players, so you can't understand then.
2- All Global players go to mercury and the 80% of the community is cap, so that can increase the number of players in waiting list in capella nation.
3- All that players with nice gears obtained by thrid party programs are noobs, they don't know play yet and less how to play in NW.

What you should do? Ignore them, thats all, if them learned to use cheats in game, they should learn to play.

logically you would think the answer is yes, but you have to remember, they can only ban players they have evidence in logs, other then that they have to wait for player to cheat on new episode to be banned, because they were only servicing NA version, not global, which baffles me, i cannot find out who published global cabal? Est themselves? but yet na division says Global wasnt serviced by them.

So it sounds like they take a week go through database, check items, players titles ect ect, im not sure if they check dung runs, pks in non pk chans(prolly end up in half the server gone lol) ect, who knows, regardless they cant do it here :) im not looking to promote it anymore after the merge
