CABAL Channel Addition Notice

Dear CABAL players,

To cope with the recent increase in the number of users, we have decided to add more channels to the each servers during today’s maintenance.
After today's maintenance, the number of channels per server will be 20, which is 5 channels more than the previous.
We will continue monitoring the connections to see if additional measures needs to be taken.

Channel 15 isn't fixed yet - it still thinks its war chan. Agent Shop doesn't work, neither does Agent Shop Card. Please fix GMs.
