Quick question.

Hello. If this question has previously been asked, answered, or addressed, then please disregard this. My issue at hand, is that I am trying to refill my eCoins, and I am receiving the following error: "The Item Shop is closed for M/A".

I do find this strange because I am able to view every individual item in the item shop. However, I am not able to refill eCoins, nor view the free eCoin offers. If anyone has any insight, your help is very much appreciated.
