I can not seem to figure out how to transfer my account from OG Planet. Any help? I posted a Help Ticket and no response.

Send in a help desk ticket and wait a few months before complaining about no reply. Then wait more.

I dont see why i have to pay the price of building a new account and being out hundereds of dollars in freaking ASTROS.... due to i didnt login for 6 months.

Sorry dude. EST really cant do anything at this point cause of the contract. It was pretty obvious OGP wasn't gonna let them remain connected to their servers forever.....you're not alone either in the astros department. If you werent gonna play for many months, you should've either reactivated your account back then or accepted the astros refund that OGP offered us. Either way, your account is probably in the cyberspace graveyard known as oblivion....so you'll just have to start over.
