Such issue are dealt with through the support, not the forum, hence they're locked.
You say this about hacking, but you expect everyone in game to go around with fraps on all day? HOW ABOUT GMS ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING IN GAME. Seriously go to a war or two in different tiers and see all the hackers. Or take a few minutes and check the most common bot spots where there have been bots there for MONTHS without anything done about them. I think people have given up on help desk when they send in multiple help desks and you SAY its taken care of or going to be looked into but NOTHING is done at all. ogplanet might have taken forever but at least they actually sometimes did something about some issues. You have an emergancy maintenance with no warning to fix a issue with transfer having to do with a CASH SHOP item but don't ever fix other problems. We know where your priorities are
