Ok guys, the official news is in. Yes, there will be a Cabal II, but its not what you may have read about before.

The first footage of Cabal II will be seen in one month in Korea at G-Star 2010. For those of you who've played Crysis, you'll be surprised that its going to use 'CryEngine 3'. So I'm expecting some intense graphics xD.

this is what EST says about cabal2: "No date has been set for the release of the title, though ESTsoft Corp. will conduct beta tests in Korea throughout the year of 2011."

O i know the news of it have been circulating for a while, although without much confirmation till now and a lot of misdirection, as see by the chinese cabal trailer.

U kno, it wuld be nice if our characters could be transfered over, but we know thats not gunna happen.

cabal released in Korea in 2005 and announced that was 100% up in December means 3 months(back there).

took 2 more months for NA to start the beta from 1-28 so only 1 month from beta>real game.

took 5 months for us to have cabal;all that was 5 years ago.

now cabal have become a lot bigger,means lots of ppl are playing it.if the Korea beta starts on beginning of summer,it will only take like half of a month to be approved,cuz i am pretty sure ppl will like it.then the release for Europe and NA will be fast.
so the release possibly will be November-December,latest January.

I just had to ask though- are there any updates on this? Last news was like March 21st or something if I recall correctly, and I recently read on YouTube (hence me not trusting it completely) that Cabal 2 was cancelled due to budget issues.

So is it still in the works, or has it been cancelled?
