Okay I originally started playing cabal when it was in beta from ogplanet I played that for a while then stopped I came back around july or so to find out I needed to transfer my account. I don't know if when you create a new account your allowed to use the old username of the old account but I did and I been trying to transfer it since June and it hasn't been working and I put a ticket up and its been sitting there since june with no mods replying to it and I have screen shot and stuff to prove I was the owner of the old account. Apparently the cut off to transfer was last week but I refuse to have them not transfer me when I have been waiting for 3 months which is pretty ridiculous that I have waited that long and no reply is there any other way I could get help with this. Cause I have been with cabal like I said since it was a tiny beta game and I really don't want to see all my hard work flushed down because I can't get a mod to reply.
