Problem With Transfer Character

Greetings ..
I have more than 4 days trying to transfer my character to the account and will not be transferred :confused: the problem is that when I give change to transfer the name, choose the server and everything just stays on please wait.

See if the GM can help me with this little problem and I want to play :D
