if you submitted a ticket then the GM team will respond however it may take some time as they are busy with the transfer from Global.

Don't bump the damn thread. GMs don't do anything over your problems on the forums and all you are doing is annoying the rest of us. Just sit and wait for your HD ticket to get replied to.

I don't like the way EST has the gocash pin set up. The numbers on the card don't fit with the boxes, and it's very easy to slip up and get banned.
