I would suggest that you stay persistent. I had a similar issue to this, in recovering my Force Archer, but I stayed persistent. I would also suggest deleting old tickets, and resending new ones. It took approximately 2 - 3 months of persistence to have my OGPlanet Force Archer recovered and transferred to ESTsoft. However, all of my gear and items were removed. Good luck!
