I am new to the game. Can someone plz tell me if the HP/MP auto heal: +3 mean it heals hp/mp 3 per/EVERY SECOND ?

The one thing I never liked about auto-heal is that you can't put enough on a char. to make it effective enough in pve

True, but it still helps. For War, PvE or PvP, better than nothing.
