10-11-2010,I entered wrong code three times, my account is blocked. Sorry, I was a bit tired, mentally not good. 10-21-2010 closing on global cabal.All my items in warehouse is lost.
10-28-2010, i couldn't transfer my characters in my account from global to NA because my account is blocked. Later I sent HD ticket .But today ,my prolem isn't resolved .I need my account is unlocked,don't need to take my items is lost..GM help me please.

My HD ticket:13843 or 14586

oh,no.My account is blocked in cabal global.As I don't transfer my account from cabal global to cabal na.

GM's here dont control the global accounts.

Good luck getting anything resolved on the global side.

they service NA not global. They wont block someone for hacking in global, so in theory they wouldnt unblock you for subpass or whatever reason either... but who knows ;]

should try through global site, if it still has any options...

Dude its all business there is no discrimination.
QQing about matters of ur service as nothing to do with ours.

Probably rethink after you make one mistake there always try again so you wont feel mentaly ''not good''.
