Why does it say when i start the game and try to log in: cannot connect server OMG x.x

ok, recently i just try to get back on and login as my same account but it says that this account doesnt exist. Can someone help me, cause i read or heard that some people got their account back from the cabal they were playing and i was playing that same cabal, and it was simply called cabal.
