You all work hard to keep the botters out, but when it comes to customer service, there are some major, major things that need to be fixed. I think I'm going to help this process out, seeing as I've waited and spent money on it that could be used elsewhere, and didn't get any help yet. I'm pretty sure you all could use a hand anyway fixing this issue.

Clearly only spamming alz selling sites is bannable anymore, buying alz, actually hacking, buying accounts and gear with usd etc is not

GM you need to check for damage hack, i see there are players who have incredibly high damage soloing faello and pluma...some are obviously pro but how can you know that some are using damage hack....like can a wiz lvl162 does 1 hit 3100 damage on level 154 Force blader with 900def ???
