Trans Skill Problem or BUG?

Gm, i use the trans skill of my blader death tempest, but it does weak damage. Lightning slash and Blade Scud does more damage than Death Tempest.. It says 9hundred something attack but it damage the mobs weaker.. Is this a bug or really the real damage?? Please reply,
