Does anyone know how to cancel open tickets, been at main website dont see any option to cancel tickets.

In your ticket history you have all your tickets listed there. Click on the one that you want to cancel and you should see a "delete" button.

there isnt any delete button at all, and i cant surmit new tickets because of this.

Are you scared that GMs might actually decide that your orb is illegitimate?
Last I checked it's impossible to spam helpdesk. Look at the date that ticket was posted, I think I'd have a more recent one if I was spamming it.
