Account Management error/problem?

I attempt to log into my account management on the main website and it tells me "information is invalid" even though it is the correct information. When I put in the wrong password on purpose it tells me "Incorrect ID or Password." Is this some kind of error on the website or what? I need to get into there so I can reset my sub-passwords. GM reply would be nice and I have submitted a ticket about this already today.
