cabal game is playable for certain country only ?

hello friends...

i need help about this game.

I am from indonesia and yesterday i have download cabal game
and install correctly on pc, my pc specs is more than enough to run game smoothly (using window xp 3) and i have registered to website, but why i cant login to game server ? every time its always said connection failed, please try again later!!!!!!

before i download the game i have read game policy, there is not any word that said this game can be use for specific country only, my qestion is= this game dont accept player from indonesia ? if yes why when i register to website is allowed ?
i hope some good friend at this forum can help me to solve this problem
i need a confirmation, is this game cant play for indonesia country ??

This is the Cabal NA (North America). I know they ip block some countries, not sure about Indonesia though.

Your problem could be a number of things though. I was getting that message when I first installed Cabal too, but it was because of my firewall settings.
