Error on download update and how to retrieve lost account

Every time I go and download the update for Cabal it has some kind of scene error or thing that will not download and it tells me to find it and delete it or shut down my computer any help there? Also I have not played Cabal for a real long time! I had a level 67 and do you think Cabal deleted my account sense I have not played or can I still retrieve it back???

I have no error anymore I'm just waiting for my lvl 67 account now, what do I do?
