i dont think everyones problem is with the nation shouting itself, i think its the annoying popup across the middle of your screen. if there was a way to disable that while still letting the shout come through normally like any other chat id be happy. also, putting the regular 10 second interval on it wouldnt hurt either.

Whether or not someone is good enough to have the Bringer title has no bearing on this conversation. Imo. It's about the distraction of having it on the middle of a person's screen, not once but time and time again. You all know as well as I do that this ability is abused by just about every Bringer; some to the extreme degree.

It should be limited exclusively to the Chat line and not to the middle of the screen.
