still problems

ok i know there are other threads like this and idc but wtf its been like 3½ weeks and my account is still down...they say change your password but when i log in and clicc acc managment it says you need to be transferred to use that service and when i clicc "acc transfer" it says my acc has already been transferred...wtf!!
