Vouchers missing need gm help

i bought 3 vouchers aprox 3-4 minutes after the rollback time they posted now i have no vouchers or ecoins back on my account. gm please help. i sent help desk ticket already but you gm`s always take a month more more just to answer 1 ticket.. :mad:

correction vouchers were purchased from item shop with ecoins. not in game with alz
