So i've lodged a ticket a week ago and no reply, PLEASE ANSWER ticket 15983 !!!!
it's been ages already and no reply, i'm starting to regret even ticketing...
Just a question to those who read this, is there even a delete ticket option??

yes their is a Delete option its on the bottom of ur ticket on the right and u think 1 week is age i hope u can wait for 1-2 months or year to be answer

there's no delete option on the bottom right... i click on the ticket, and on the bottom right it says ''LIST" and when i click that it takes me back to screen with all my tickets and their status. WTH?

Well, look at it this way, the more tickets you send in, the more chance the [GM]s will see it, right?
Send in like ten bro.
you can't it says you've reached the maximum ticket, please cancel open ticket to lodge another issue, BUT THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL
