A Virus after Installing Cabal.

Hey guys :) after I installed Cabal I got a virus alert about a back-door virus or something like that, did anyone encounter this issue before? or it's just a false positive?

Uninstall w/e garbage antivirus you're using (norton, McAfee, etc.)

The Virus file is called eng_imgrepository.dll, and I'm using Avira Antivirus, and just tell me if it's false positive or not.
