I need to retrieve my old account

So i haven't played cabal online for a year and a half and i thought about playing again but when i try to login it says incorrect id or password.So later i submitted a ticket on support site but i forgot my world set.Will this lower my chances of retrieving my account?Please help. :)

Yeah, I sent some tickets like 5+ months ago and they never replied. Well they replied to one when i rage mad in the forums but after I resent another, Still waiting... lmao
