Why can't I log in?

When I try to log in it says disconnected relog after you press ok.

I try to relog and it says the same thing. On the left hand side of the screen it says cannot connect at this moment. Any ideas why it isnt working?

I managed to log in like 5 mins after I posted this. And I have to say I dont think I'm liking this update too much not yet at least.
