Lv 2 Life Capsule not showing with Lv 3 HP Pots... Bug or Change ??

Some players and I realized that if you have Lv 3 HP Pots in slot and are carrying Lv 2 Life Capsules... the Life Capsules no longer show on the HP Pots in slot. The did prior to update.

We were just curious if this is a change or bug ??

And, even if they don't show atm, will the Life Capsules still work?
