Have G.Master rank attacks been nerfed? (All classes besides wizards)

So, yea, I log in right after Mercury Server has been recovered and couldnt help but notice that my 124 WA using Lv. 9 Whirlwind, without critical damage hits awfully lower than expected;

estimated (1000 dmg) in total..

I have 816 Attack. STR stat build is at 803.
INT and DEX have been set to Forcium +8 slotted standards (INT 77 / DEX 154)

Dunno what I did wrong here, I use to cause more damage if I can remember before the Cabal Episode V update;
so basically Im just asking if EST has nerfed Most G.Master abilities, such as Whirlwind for WA, or Infernal Impact for the FB.

not specifically g master skills, any skill with orange text (lightning slash, blade scud, assassinate, infernal impact, whirlwind, shield break) is nerfed in pve, they do same dmg in pvp tho

ok so... does this alter the damage in pve if i wish to skewer multiple targets (the orange text effect)?

pretty much any skill with orange text does 1/2 the damage in pve now. pvp/nw is still the same though

the g.master skills especially are all major AoE skills, more mobs in the AoE effect, more dmg per target it does. So not really a bug/nerf/glitch according to the g.ms, "It's a new feature" /sarcasmend
