Big deal? I'm not complaining at all. I'm celebrated for those that lost a lot of precious items.

-Never scammed anybody

After that, he got his children involved in it by making them cut the "Top Secret" words out of the papers, so they can seem not confidential. He later on went to the New Your Times to publish them, but Nixon and the others were tracking him down, so Daniel had to take cover for a few weeks.

Pretty much, Daniel Ellsberg got away with it, and was able to end the draft, the Vietnam War, and both wars of fighting to prevent communism.
