Lost Gear,GM,this needs urgent attention

OK SO HERE IS THE PROBLEM EST

The servers are rolling peoples chars back whenever they switch channels on random occasions.
Any gear that was recently stored in your warehouse before the rollback will dissappear when you log in and find your char has been rolled back.
This is how people are losing their gear.

EXAMPLE

1.You take off all your gear in chan 2 and put it in your warehouse
2.You switch to channel 10 and you find your char has been rolled back
3.Your warehouse goes back to the same stuff it had in it when the rollback was set (AKA the gear u stored before u switched chans is GONE)

This is a huge problem and needs to be solved asap,this is a very sticky situation and i have no idea how you guys are going to compensate people for lost gear.

I logged in to find these items lost from my warehouse

and about 14 uchh

I dont know what to do,i cant depend on support because i sent a ticket like 3 months ago and it hasnt even been looked at

this makes no sense rolling back means everything is set back to a time and place meaning if u stored something in ur WH and u get rolled back the equip should be on you because thats where it was left

Wanna hear a funny story?

Here it goes.

I just spent 2.4m alz on UCM to upgrade my GS to +6 and it was a success. However, I attempted + 7 and it failed, so I switched characters. After switching, I switched again to my WA. My 2.4m was back in my inventory, my GS was back to + 4, and the UCM were back in Agent Shop. So I came to conclusion to just + my GS to + 6 and leave as it is and save 1m which turned out to be successful.

In other words, I corrected my mistakes thanks to the glitch.

lol i lost 50 mill form rolling back... but my items that i had sold from inventory where returned, and the buyer still has his = items are being duped
the personl rollbacks dont affect your agent shop, so the items i sodl from agent shop and rexcieved cash for are lsot to me and so is the alz

im afraid this may really need a rollback for the entire server...

unless they can reroll us forward to what we had before personal rollback
and still items transferd during that period will be duped because the reciever will have his, and the seller wil be restored

lol actualy the glitch for free eoins was exploited and ignored, reported and fixed but the peopel that benefited are not being punished as far as i can tell

Same error? Everyone is having the same error,the server are rolling back and deleting peoples gears,i lost everything listed in the first post.How do you guys expect to compensate everyone? And why hasnt a GM even sttempted to make a reply about the whole situation? I sent 2 tickets like 5 months ago and they havent even been looked at.I doubt the one i sent about my gear missing will even be looked at this year.I lost all the good items i had on my char after 3 years of playing.

I still haven't lost my gear or alz, so maybe people are duping...*hope that doesn't jinx me XD

Because I've seen duplicates of forc weapons that have the same craft in AH so its a little suspicious.

it appears new cabal has the capability of personal rollbacks.. if your the only one with that much missing they could fix you
i personaly dont want to b rolled back anyfurther (rolling back forward would b nice tho)
