Just joined Cabal and need help

I was trying to buy ecoins and it didnt work out for me.

I heard you don't need to have paypal bank account to buy it.

the thing is when i choose standard paypal and click next

it says "your conditions do not fillup yet". I sent a helpdesk which I haven't recieved

a reply. so can anyone help on this issue.?

dont do it while theres the glicthes wait like a few days or a week till est fixes things
